Welcome to Future Solutions Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and digital products offered through www.futuresolutionsconsulting.com (“Site”).

1. Credit Repair Services

We provide credit education and credit repair correspondence preparation in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Services may include:

  • Reviewing credit reports

  • Identifying and documenting inaccuracies

  • Preparing and sending correspondence letters on your behalf

  • Offering credit-building strategies and resources

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including score increases or deletion of negative items. You have the legal right to dispute credit report information directly with the credit bureaus, free of charge.

2. Digital Products

We offer digital products such as e-books, templates, guides, and downloadable resources (“Digital Products”).

  • All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable due to instant delivery.

  • License: Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility

To use our services or purchase products, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Reside in the United States

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information

4. Payments & Billing

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees for products and services purchased.

  • We may use third-party processors for payment handling.

  • Any unauthorized payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will result in service termination and potential legal action.

5. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel credit repair services at any time by submitting written notice to opendoors@futuresolutionsconsulting.com, subject to our refund policy.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

6. No Legal or Financial Advice

Our services are educational. We are not attorneys, CPAs, or licensed financial advisors. For legal or financial advice, consult a licensed professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, income, or profits arising from the use of our Site, services, or products

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

9. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our Site.

All materials,  including digital downloads, templates, guides, courses, and written content are the exclusive property of Future Solutions Consulting and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, resell, distribute, or publicly display our content without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use, including continued use after a refund or chargeback, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. All legal proceedings shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Required CROA Disclosure:

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report with the credit bureaus. Neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to remove accurate, verifiable information. The bureaus must remove inaccurate information, but the process can take time.
