
To request a refund, please contact us via email at opendoors@futuresolutions.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
Important Notice:
If you have previously worked with another credit repair company, you acknowledge that no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Additionally, if any items are disputed or removed from your credit report following our services, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund.
