Credit repair is a process, not a sprint. Depending on your credit situation, it can take anywhere from 14 days to over 12 months. The health of your credit plays a major role in determining the timeline.

How do I get started?
To begin, follow these simple steps:

✅ Check your email for your ClientPortal login and complete the onboarding process
✅Sign your service agreement, sign up for credit monitoring, and upload your required documents inside the portal.

What documents am I required to provide?
❖Login for your credit monitoring (Identity IQ or FreeScore Now)
❖A clear photo of your Social Security card
❖A photo of your unexpired government ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
❖Proof of address dated within the last 30 days (utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, etc.)

What is inquiry removal?
Inquiry removal involves eliminating negative inquiries from companies that have checked your credit. However, inquiries can only be removed if they are not linked to an open account.

Can removed items return?
Yes, credit bureaus have the authority to reintroduce items to your report. However, we are committed to strengthening your credit. If any items are reinstated during your service, we will take swift action to dispute them.

Will I be updated on my progress?
Absolutely! You’ll have 24/7 access to your online portal for real-time updates. Additionally, we’ll keep you informed through email notifications regarding disputes and progress.

What do I need to do during the process?
Your role issimple—just upload any correspondence received from credit bureaus or creditors related to disputed items, so we can continue advocating for your financial recoveryand maintain your monthly payment for your credit monitoring.We cannot continue the process without access to your 3B credit report. Please DO NOT refresh your credit report. We will take care of that for you.

What if I cancel credit monitoring or miss a payment?
❖If your credit monitoring is inactive for 10+ days, you will be dismissed from the program.
❖If your monthly or plan payment is more than 5days late without contacting us to request and being granted an extension, you will also be dismissed.
❖No refunds will be issued upon dismissal, and you must restart the program at round 1.

What is your refund policy?
•You have 3 days after your first payment to cancel and request a refund
•After 24 hours, no refunds will be given, especially once letters are sent
•No exceptions will be made for missed payments or failure to follow instructions

How do I cancel service?
Cancellations must berequested through the client portal. We do not accept cancellations via mail, email, or phone. If you cancel within 3 days, you are eligible for a refund.

What happens if I don’t upload my bureau letters or respond to you?
Failing to upload letters or respond through the portal can delay or hurt your results. You must submit documents as soon as you receive them to help us respond properly.

No. There are no guaranteed results in credit repair. It is illegal for any credit repair specialist to promise guaranteed results.While each credit profile is different, we are committed to ensuring that your credit report is free of any inaccuracies.
